3D Body Response to a Random Spectrum
This calculator will determine the 3D body response to a random vibration load. The body is suspended on corner springs and viscous dampers. This is the same model as the base shake to a G-pulse input but instead uses a random vibration spectrum defined by a user given PSD profile.

Model summary
Inputs: User input box dimensions and weight.
Inputs: User input box corner spring rates and viscous damping values.
Inputs: User input PSD profile.
Outputs: CG vertical acceleration and box corner reaction loads versus time.
Visual: The response is animated.
Hint: The configuration and results can be saved to a JSON file for future use.
Hint: The system is drawn in a window that can be mouse zoomed and mouse rotated. It can also be mouse dragged by holding the shift key. Slider bars are available to adjust the animation amplitude and speed.
