Details (inputs, outputs, assumptions) Read once

Model summary

Inputs: Plenum size, finned heat sink dimensions, fan inlet size and position and fan curve.
Outputs: Plenum flows. Plenum top gap, side channel and heat sink fin channels. The fin channel for is given over the length of the channel
Fan Curve: the fan curve operating point i determined.
Use case: quick what-ifs, sensitivity, and early sizing—not detailed CFD/FEA.

Examples

Example: Finned heat sink in a plenum.
